At-Home is a bijou bed and breakfast owned by two artists and is an art gallery as well as offering comfortable and affordable accommodation. The property is within easy reach of the city centre and also provides convenient access to Heathrow airport. Indeed, its location makes it a good base from which to explore the stunning city of London and all its major tourist attractions.

The bed and breakfast offers well appointed bedrooms, Wi-Fi internet access, a fabulous garden and above all a friendly service coupled with a welcoming atmosphere. There is free parking available in adjacent streets and parking permits (required Monday-Friday - weekends are free) are available for £5 per day for parking in Denbigh Road.

There is a 2-night minimum stay on all rooms except the studio apartment wich has a minimum stay of 14 nights.

Please note that check-in is by appointment only as we do not have 24-hour reception.

Guests please specify their flight arrival details and their estimated time of arrival at the B&B and we will ensure that there is a member of staff waiting for you at the time of your arrival. In the event that you should need to change your arrival time, please notify us as soon as possible via telephone on 0044 (0)7785378441 from 09:00 to 20:00 hours. Please phone within British time.

Terms and Conditions

Deposits

The B&B requires a non-refundable deposit in order to guarantee reservation. For stays from 1-3 days, the deposit is £45.00 GBP. For invoice values in excess of £300.00 GBP, the deposit is 30%. Deposits are charged on credit card. Balance is payable on arrival in sterling cash. Balance payments are also accepted on credit card, however they are subject to a surcharge of 4.5% to cover credit card transaction.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days prior to arrival time. In the event of a cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, a no-show, or early departure, the B&B reserves the right to charge in full.
