We also offer a self-service breakfast bar, allowing you to have breakfast at your leisure, any time up until 11H00AM.

• The rooms are un-serviced for short stays. For stays of 6 days and over the rooms are serviced and linnen changed every 3 to 4 days.
• Fresh towels are available anytime on request.
• We are budget accommodation with no frills - we do not provide soap or shampoo.
• We don't have a sitting room/lounge facilities for our guests.
• The house is arranged on 3 floors, we do not have a lift , porterage or room service.

WHAT'S FOR BREAKFAST?

We offer a self service continental breakfast available anytime in the morning until 11H00AM.

Here are some of the things on offer:

• English tea, earl grey, herbal and green teas, filter cofee, hot chocolate, milk, orange juice;
• Cereals, oats, muesli fruit and fibre, porridge, frosted flakes, yogurts, brown white bread, jams, marmelade, honey, peanut butter, chocolate spread, butter and sunflower spread;
• Ham, cheese and fresh fruit;
• Fresh ground coffee.

This is available in our family kitchen and on a sunny day can be enjoyed in our fabulous garden.
