Terms and Conditions

Reservations

The B&B requires a non-refundable deposit in order to guarantee reservation. For stays from 1-3 days, the deposit is £45.00 GBP or 30 % of the entire stay. For invoice values in excess of £300.00 GBP, the deposit is 30%. Deposits are charged on credit card. Balance is payable on arrival in sterling cash. Balance payments are also accepted on credit card, however they are subject to a surcharge of 4.5% to cover credit card transaction.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days prior to arrival time. In the event of a cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, a no-show, or early departure, the B&B reserves the right to charge in full.
